Not a typical IPA flavor. At first, creamy, almost milky. Then full, cream again. Only in the swallow and finish am I noticing hops - a bitterness that balances the thick mouth feel but with no aroma. Not exactly thirst quenching. This might be food friendly like a Saisson.
